Our Mikasa Trench rammers or Tamping Rammer is ideal for compaction of defined areas, especially for the compaction of trench beds and infilling of trenches. It is powered by a Subaru ER12 3.5hp OHC 4 stroke engine with recoil start, and will deliver an impact force of 14.9 kn at 695 blows per minutes. The jumping stroke is 50 – 80 mm.
The Tamping Rammer utilises “Vibration Handles Systems” (“VBS”) to reduce operator fatigue.
